Why Focus On DAR First? (Distribution + Acquisition + Retention)

Yes, the dumbest thing someone can do is build a product… without knowing how to distribute and retain users.

Think about, teams, can afford of specific group of ppl figuring out how to solve that problem. Meanwhile, when we're working solo we need to figure out everything by ourselves. So, what can we do? — I've adopted a simple strategy so far

Acquisition & Distribution — Know exactly how the acquisition and distribution will work. So you don't have do figure out stuffs later, it'll save tons of time, and even better you can already monetize it, if it's the case. Have a good and consistent channel and know how to acquire users it's important piece of the puzzle.

Retention — Another important factor once ppl try your product/service is how can I bring them back. Set up a strategy to retain users is even more important than acquire them, or you're gonna have a ship with a hole at the bottom.
