Rag quilts are awesome, and fun and easy to stitch up. There are no right or wrong sides to a raggedy quilt. Both sides are pretty! The best fabric to use for making rag quilts are fabrics that rag or fray nicely, like: cotton, denim, homespun, and flannel.

This country charm cottage style shabby chic raggedy quilt was made for a customer who is giving it to her granddaughter for a graduation present. It was made from 100% cotton calico fabrics, flannels, and chenille fabric. You can make this too! See the directions on how to here.
