Fast forward four years, and M1 is now the first fully cloud-native #telco in #ASEAN! Across teams, companies, and time zones, clear communication was key. We migrated from 300 applications to 12 best-in-class products integrated into a single digital platform, and consolidated 200 siloed databases into a single data lake. #Cloud adoption skyrocketed from 8% to a whopping 92%! We successfully transformed Postpaid and Fibre programs, migrating legacy customers to the digital stack seamlessly, with no impact on their experience. This wasn't a solo act. Along with the amazing M1 team, together we built a powerful ecosystem with leading industry partners like Salesforce, ARIA, MuleSoft, Nokia, and Snowflake and accelerated the journey, and this transformation wasn't just about technology but the many engineers behind it. We have had celebrations in Singapore earlier with our partners and last week, M1's leadership team celebrated this incredible achievement at Infosys Bangalore and met first-hand the team that made this possible.
