Job Summary:
The HR Manager will oversee various HR functions, ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes and fostering a positive work environment. This role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company goals.
Oversee employee relations, addressing grievances, and ensuring a harmonious workplace.
Coordinate performance management processes, including evaluations and development plans.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.
Develop and manage employee benefit programs.
Foster a positive company culture and promote employee engagement initiatives.
Collaborate with management to address HR-related issues and support strategic goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in HR management or a similar role.
Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience in employee training and development is a plus.
