Does anyone have recommendations for an affordable CRM that tracks response rates? I keep finding CRM softwares that track open rates and link clicks, but not response rates.
It'd also be super helpful if the software had the ability to break out segmented groups like cities with subsets within the groups for A/B testing email copy across subsets.

It might seem obvious, but CRM (customer relationship management) softwares like Hubspot, Zoho, Constant Contact, MailChimp and others are for current customers and not to get customers. I made the mistake of thinking that I could use one of these CRM tools for getting customers with my scraped leads list.
Another thing I learned was that when sending out newsletters and promotions via these platforms to your audiences is that you actually send your emails through their servers first instead of directly from your email to the recipients email inbox. When your email passes through the 3rd party servers, your message is more likely to end up in someone's Promotions tab on G-mail for example rather than their main inbox.
On another note, I discovered MailSuite.com while rabbit holing down this problem. Even if you're not cold emailing leads, it's an AMAZING software (with a free tier) that tracks if someone opens your emails, allows for mail merging, and campaign set up from Google Sheets directly in your Gmail account. With their advanced tier, you can even track how long someone views your pitch decks, slideshows, and pdfs like DocSend allows for, but for only $10/mo.
This might sound like an ad for MailSuite.com but it's more so a hope that a founder comes across this information, so instead of them banging their head against the wall trying to figure out how to put a square peg (CRM) into a circle hole (Cold Outreach) like I did, hopefully they're able to make a software like Mail Suite work for them while saving time.
