CEO Przemek Gacek built Grupa Pracuj to expand the possibilities for the next generation of Polish professionals. Over 20 years later his #recruiting firm operates several job classified websites and offers a SaaS-based talent acquisition suite that better enables employer-employee matching. It’s listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange and employs almost 1,100 people across #Poland, #Ukraine, #Germany, #Switzerland, #Austria and #France. But growth is only part of the story, as Gacek places a heavy focus on creating a #companyculture of giving back and reducing inequalities in the recruitment process. “The aim is to equalize opportunities on the labor market, provide a better start for young people and support education. Better education means an easier start in the labor market and candidates more suited to the needs of employers.” Read more about his journey: https://on.ypo.org/4fmzsUJ #business #leadership #hr #WEOY EY YPO Europe #YPOPoland

Welcoming #GenZ into the workforce means embracing their unique needs and aspirations. Shaped by a global pandemic and social upheaval, this generation craves certainty and a clear sense of purpose from their employers. It's essential that leaders align company policies with values, especially those around working motherhood and perinatal care, which resonate deeply with Gen Z, who demand to be seen as whole individuals, not just employees. Creating a culture of curiosity and lifelong learning can sustain their innovative spirit. Encouraging exploration, maintaining open dialogue, and fostering a growth mindset help Gen Z feel heard and valued, fostering a sense of belonging and purpose. Companies that embrace these timeless desires will attract Gen Z talent and drive growth! We depend on the tireless effort and dedication of members like Polina Branco to bring the #onlyinYPO magic to life. Thank you!
In YPO, we often talk about that moment, when we feel compelled to lean in, get engaged, and serve. Every YPO member has a different story of when that bulb went off for them. Mine was in 2015 when I attended a YPO International Conference for Women in Las Vegas. I had just had our second baby girl; she was only 7 weeks old. I will be forever grateful to my husband Michael Branco for encouraging me to go and to my amazing mum for coming along and making it possible for me. At the end of the second day, I knew I would one day chair an event for YPO. I loved the energy, dedication, and call to service of the chairs of the event. So much so, that I chaired the event in New York 2 years later, with Sherry Orel, who I now have the privilege of calling a best friend. What an incredible year of growth! 20 speakers over 4 days across 4 pillars of content - Business, Sustainability, Science and Art. We spent the year exploring hundreds of articles and finding inspiring speakers. We visited the United Nations, heard about stem cell research, talked about micro-financing, sustainability of food supply chain, solving the world water crisis, and SO much more! So does the rubber chicken remind me staring at me from the shelf (inside joke!) Nine years and many many events and officer roles later, I only hear myself saying "Yes" again and again. The call to serve has not felt any less strong; in fact, it only feels more important each year. A path that feels so important to me, as a mother to two lovely girls. "We can do it all, just not all at the same time" What an incredibly humbling moment, to be acknowledged as an Outstanding Regional Officer this year. I am so grateful to many mentors through the years, other officers in my journey. I am so thankful to be part of an all-inspiring regional team and cannot wait to see what the future holds. A sincere, heartfelt thank you to Delcie Bean for his leadership and to Rachel Tweedy for all her never ending support (this acknowledgment is as much mine as it is hers!) Thank you for believing in the work I do. #leadership #outstanding #service #ypo #neus #inspired
