To finish first, first, you must finish.
So many problems in life & in business come from fixating on the short-term.
You need to raise the next quarter earnings so you cut staff training, product quality, & customer service.
While this may work for fly-by-night business, if you want to deliver great results reliably for decades, you need to think long-term.
The Le Man's 24 hour endurance race has been running for 101 years.
Ferrari has won many Le Man's races, most recently winning 2 in a row.
You don't do that without thinking long-term & delivering consistently.
To finish first, first, you must finish.
Two in a row! Ferrari back-to-back wins at Le Mans
Last year we achieved what many said was impossible to achieve.
This year we could only do one thing: work even harder and do it all again.
Here's to another day of glory.

A quick escape not related to work :)
🏁 In a world where sports capture our hearts and minds, there's something truly exceptional about the world of racing and its fearless drivers. 🏎️💨
While football dominates headlines and hearts globally, let's take a moment to appreciate the sheer precision, skill, and adrenaline rush that racing brings. From Formula 1, rally racing to Le Mans, every twist and turn on the track demands split-second decisions and nerves of steel.
Unlike football, where matches can sway on a single goal, racing unfolds in a heart-pounding battle against time and competitors. The technology, strategy, and physical endurance required to maneuver at high speeds are second to none. It's a sport where milliseconds matter, and where the mastery of a machine is as critical as the prowess of the driver.
So here's to the daring drivers who push the limits, challenge physics, and embrace danger with every turn. Their courage and commitment make racing the pinnacle of sports—where victory isn't just about skill, but a testament to human ingenuity and the pursuit of perfection.
Le Mans isn't just another race; it's a 24-hour marathon of skill, strategy, and sheer determination. Imagine hurtling through the night at speeds surpassing 200 mph, navigating a challenging track with relentless precision, and battling fatigue as much as competitors. This isn't just about who's the fastest; it's about who can endure, adapt, and innovate under extreme conditions.
Unlike the quick bursts of excitement in other sports, Le Mans demands an unwavering focus and a symbiotic relationship between man and machine. Drivers form a bond with their cars that goes beyond mere control—it's a dance of intuition and trust, where every gear shift, every pit stop, and every calculated risk can make or break the race.
Moreover, the teamwork in Le Mans is unparalleled. It's not just about the driver's prowess; it's about the synchronization of mechanics, engineers, and strategists working seamlessly to maximize performance and efficiency. Each member of the team plays a crucial role in the pursuit of victory, making Le Mans a true test of collective brilliance.
And let's not forget the heritage. Le Mans isn't just a race; it's a saga of legends, from the iconic cars that have graced its tarmac to the heroes who've etched their names in its history. It's a celebration of innovation and courage, where manufacturers push the boundaries of automotive technology to create machines that redefine what's possible on the track.
So, next time you watch the sun set over the Circuit de la Sarthe, remember that Le Mans isn't just a race—it's an epic journey of human spirit and engineering marvel. It embodies the relentless pursuit of excellence and the enduring thrill of competition that makes it truly the pinnacle of sports. 🏎️💨🌟

Something for Ferrari lovers.
The Italian Grand Prix is taking place at Monza this weekend, which has been completely resurfaced for the first time since 1922.
The excitement is bringing in Ferrari lovers from all over, even Switzerland.
Did you know that Switzerland has over 10,000 Ferraris on its roads and ranks 6th in global sales for Ferrari?
With Switzerland's highway speed limit of 120 km/h (74.5 mph), I always wonder why own a Ferrari capable of over 300 km/h if you can’t drive that fast here?
Classic - the 1967 Alfa Romeo 33 Stradale! Following up the Alfa Romeo Tipo 33 race car from the year before, Alfa Romeo decided to take all that performance and put it in a road car. The 33 Stradale was born. Considered by many to be one of the finest and most balanced cars every built, especially for the time. Sporting a 2.0L V8 producing 251hp, with the power routed to the rear wheels via a 6-Speed Speed manual gearbox. It has a 6 second 0-60mph and an advertised top speed of 160mph (though German magazine Auto, Motor und Sport got 156.6mph in their test). Only 18 were made in total, however 5 of them were used to create concept cars from Italian coachbuilders over the years: Italdesign's Alfa Romeo Iguana designed by Giorgetto Giugiaro. Pininfarina's 1968 Alfa Romeo P33 Roadster, 1969 Alfa Romeo 33/2 Coupe Speciale and 1971 Alfa Romeo Cuneo (built in the same chassis as the P33 Roadster). Bertone's 1968 Alfa Romeo Carabo and 1976 Alfa Romeo Navajo.
