Power system engineers: An airport in New Zealand. Big complex with many high voltage substations. Each containing a high voltage switchboard with two incomers and a bus-coupler circuit breaker. But in every substation both the incomers are on same side of the bus-coupler breaker. This makes the bus-coupler breaker totally useless. What a master piece of joker electrical engineering.
