I have Already used this link and already visited my Base Branches . rather than throwing My query from one bucket to another Please let me know the chance of getting resolution. Because from around Nov month I am facing it. Call center Team asking to visit Branch, Branch has no idea what to do they are just mocking and doing gossip, on linkedin and messenger initially u guys were mentioning, we are checking with respective team, now you guys are again throwing it on regional/local team is this the basketball or football for query of a customer. Could you guys have an understanding of query sensitivity or just thinking ur customer is a fool. Don't try to buckle up someone's patience.

It's been 3 days now and I have been chasing for the resolution via this source and for more than 8 months I have been trying to get a resolution from your CS Team although I have visited my base Branch recently but it's really a disappointment from a bank like you. I could not get any resolution. I am unable to understand what service you guys are providing to us I am giving all the proof for my identity still not getting debit unfrozen from ur end I was thinking only I am the one who is facing this but there were few more customer in same branch who were raising the same query and I can get few of them here on linkedin . If you guys are intentionally blocking our debit then please let us know because we have also some expectations from this big brand and being a 10 year old customer of ur Bank I cant expect this much negligence from you guys. From 10 years the relation with a customer is not less I think still facing the pity issue with major impact.

It looks like nobody is authorized to help customers in your Bank. Feeling I am talking to a robot only who is unable to understand my issue or I am talking in a language of different planets though I am unable to describe my issue to you guys..

I have tried to convey my problem through each source verbal on Call,In written on mail/messenger and here in comment, further I made impersonal interaction in Base Branches but end results of getting resolution is zero by your Team.... Huge Disappointments!!!!!
