Moving onto the event, it was great to meet Asurion colleagues from all over the World and get to see in person what are the latest cutting-edge technologies coming to market
No surprises here… Gen AI 🤖 is the hot topic and the speed at which this technology is evolving is incredible from the chips to the end product!
However, next inline was a customer’s ability to trade in Tech post-sale, and even more impressive was pre-sale. It was a conversation that was frequently discussed at speaker panels, and that customers are missing out on the opportunity to maximize value from current or dormant Tech 💻 ⌚ 📱
