What can we learn for #EVE #LF280K’s specification?
1. For #LFP batteries, 100% #SOC means this battery is fully charged to 3.65V, and 0% SOC means this battery is fully discharged to 2.5V. State of charge (SoC) is the level of charge of a battery relative to its #capacity. SoC is usually expressed as percentage (0% = empty; 100% = full). An alternative form of the same measure is the depth of discharge (#DoD), calculated as 100 - SoC (100% = empty; 0% = full). SoC is normally used when discussing the current state of a battery in use, while DoD is most often seen when discussing the #lifetime of the battery after repeated use.
2. Standard #charging mode: Standard charging mode is to charge the battery with a constant current of 140A (CC Chg) to 3.65V under the condition of #temperature of 25℃±2℃, and then transfer to constant voltage charging at 3.65V (CV Chg) until the charging current is less than or equal to 14A, and #rest for 30min.
3. Standard #discharging mode: Standard discharging mode is to discharge the battery at a constant current of 140A (CC DChg) at temperature of 25℃± 2℃, #discharge until the #voltage reaches 2.5V, and rest for 30 min.
4. #Capacity and #Energy Calibration: The capacity and energy calibration is to charge battery according to the (2) standard charging mode under the condition of 25±2℃, constant temperature and no convection, and then discharge according to the (3) standard discharging mode, rest for 30 minutes. First, repeat the standard charging method and discharging method 3 times to make it active, and then repeat the standard charging method and discharging method 5 times. The average discharge capacity of the last 3 times is the 0.5C discharge capacity, the recorded discharge capacity is the calibrated capacity C0, and the average discharge energy of the last 3 times is the 0.5C discharge energy. Record the discharge energy as the calibration energy E0.
