As part of our #TrueTalkChallenge at KellyOCG, I'm sharing a story of cutting the fluff with a client in #RPO. This client was faced with structural changes and a tight budget. We were asked to find solutions for their employer branding. We decided to prioritize the Candidate Journey over new branding campaigns. By fostering a seamless partnership between Hiring Managers and Recruiters, we enhanced the candidate experience significantly. This collaboration ensured clear communication, shared goals, and mutual respect, ultimately improving our client’s reputation and setting the stage for future employer branding efforts.
