Why are unity and cooperation the foundation of team success? When a team works together, united in purpose and cooperating to overcome challenges, they can achieve far more than any individual could on their own. This solid foundation enables the team to push beyond limitations, transforming ambitions into realities through collective effort and mutual support.

If you’re going to be obsessed with something, Be obsessed with the team. Ask yourself: - How can the team win? - How can I train up the team? - What will make my team members happy? - What does the team need to accomplish? - Where does the team have gaps and how can I fill them? - What do my peers care about and how can I give that to them? Helping others is better than helping yourself. The funny thing is, What’s good for the team is good for you.

Stop being selfish. Team effort leads to our greatest achievements. We are problem-solvers driven by data. Right, that's how we operate. But don't forget the human element. Collaboration and communication are key. Somebody else's expertise can often unblock you or provide a solution you hadn't considered. Did they help you? Recognize it. Saying "Thank you" in a DM may not be enough. Give them a shoutout in team meetings or on public channels. Let everyone know how they contributed. Respect and appreciation go a long way in building a strong team. Together, we can achieve more than we ever could alone.

Working with a team on something? Don't forget to frequently do a team reset: Get the team together, preferably around breakfast tacos. Discuss: • Where are we at? • What have we noticed? • Where do we need to go? • So what should we be doing? Most teamwork isn't just execution. It requires reflection and adjustments to your approach to shape the outcome for success.
