So great to see Sovrn software driving value for our publishers 💪 It's a great piece by Mark - but as with many of these, the people involved with the day to day don't make it into the article. Grateful for Marea Blue's team, Sam Evans and the whole Ad Management team for their invaluable contributions to our client's site redesign. Ad Management's real time reporting, dynamic ad insertion and AB testing were crucial tools for delivering this success on the programmatic front. A lot of midnight oil burned on this one 😅

New: Last summer, The Associated Press began a broad effort to grow its advertising business, which at the time made up only 5% of its total revenue. The initiative, which included a site redesign, has since yielded a 20% increase in ad revenue and a 17% uptick in traffic. The publisher has also pushed to diversify its business away from its lucrative licensing operation. In the last year, it also launched a membership platform and an affiliate marketing arm.
