Transformation Mindset Coach helping introvert women entrepreneurs show their expertise, attract and engage clients with easy presentation skills, as comfortable on video as chatting over coffee, without being pushy.
Welcome to Day 1 of the 31-Day Global Coaching Challenge! Boost productivity by avoiding drowning in overwhelm I often find that the need to increase your productivity first creates overwhelm! Where to start, what to do first, and if there’s a deadline, how to get everything done in time! Here are my solutions. 1. Look for help. I don’t believe in re-inventing wheels. If getting help will improve your productivity, ask for it. Google has become a close friend! I’m always amazed at the information available. Even when I don’t understand the answer, googling the mystifying words gives me an explanation for them too!! And YouTube can teach you how to do anything much quicker than figuring it out for yourself! Sometimes you may need to ask a human. If you don’t have the right person in your circle there are many kind people on the internet: find a relevant group and ask your question. 2. Reverse engineer the outcome. Start by deciding on the outcome you want. Break that down into the key things needed to achieve that result. Then do the same for each key, and the same again for those points. Depending on the size of the project, you’ll end up with 3 or more layers of mini goals so you can work on the project one ‘bite’ at a time. This process will also clarify the order of the work to be done and that gives you the starting point. 3. Time block This is my favourite, and is essential when there’s more work than time to do it in: List the most important aspects of the desired outcome. Divide the number of aspects into the time available. Allocate one time block to each aspect and remember to allow time for a final check. Break each aspect into its key points and divide those points into the time available in one block. Now you have a schedule of what to cover in what time period. Constantly check that you’re only working on key points and stick to time. When the time for each point and aspect is up, move on to the next one regardless of whether the work is finished or not. This way the key aspects of the desired outcome are all covered. It’s easy to work with if you put the schedule in a table. 4. Change your mindset Your attitude is the key factor in productivity. If you feel reluctance, frustration, or any other unhelpful emotion, towards the work required, you will find it hard to do your best work. Find a way to see the tasks as stepping stones to something you value as this will give you an incentive to complete them. #HiCoaches #productivity #productivitytips #overwhelm #transformationcoach

Nature Coach & Trainer | Partnering with impact-driven organisations and professionals to create a better future – for Earth 🌍 and themselves - through embodying the power of nature 🌳🌻 🐝 🐞
How do you incorporate nature for mindful coaching practices? 🌿 When most people think of coaching and nature, they think of coaching outdoors immersed in the natural world. That's the easy part. The challenge comes when it's back to your client's usual environment. Because it's the integration of any insight from nature into action that creates the transformation. Both research and practice testify to this. Being able to coach with and as nature indoors and in virtual settings to support transformation is key. Here's some of the ways I suggest to the trainees on Earthself Community Interest Company NatureProcess Coach Training Programme to incorporate nature for a mindful coaching practice: 🌍 Start your session with a grounding visualisation based on a client's memory of a recent nature experience they've had or be inspired by a part of the natural world In last night's coach training session, a participant turned up with a dandelion as their background. Dandelion became the inspiration for our grounding visualisation! 🌍 Ask the client what part of the natural world comes to mind when they think of their challenge and what they could learn from it I work with coaching clients using the seasons and the development and growth of a tree to support their personal and business growth. This way, the natural world is heavily present to be drawn upon by the client at any moment for insight and learning 🌍 Recognise spontaneous moments with nature making itself present in the coaching session This may be the cat/dog that asking for attention or a bird that's just flown past the window. Taking time to acknowledge what's happened can create a shift in the session. 🌍 Work with the client's sensory experience of nature through a window / a plant in their house / a picture on their wall Simply by asking the client to take a moment and notice nature around them can help create a shift in awareness that can open up a doorway to greater insight 🌍Focus on the client as part of nature and incorporate their body sensations into the session This can help the client get a deeper understanding of what they really think/feel about the area they're exploring and help shape more effective actions 🌍Expand upon any nature metaphors the client uses It can be tempting to work with our own nature metaphors but they can be ineffective unless explicitly contracted for. What is more powerful is to be mindful of when the client uses a nature metaphor and work with that. #natureconnection #coachingskills #mindfulness Image: Dandelion with a full head of seeds while others swirl around in the background

⚡ Conquer You Bucket List Adventure and Get In the Best Shape of Your Life Along the Way ⚡ | Coach | Fitness | Nutrition | Mental Skills | Adventure
When was the last time your coach asked YOU for feedback?.. Most coaches are great at giving feedback but... in my experience working alongside hundreds of them over the past 15 years... most of them fail to ask their clients for feedback. (Or, at least, they wait too long to do so.) This is something I make a point of doing regularly... From the very first coaching session all the way through to off-boarding. When we work together, I want to know - from Day 1 - whether or not YOU feel like we're aligned in our vision/direction for how to best achieve your goals. From my perspective, the most important things are that YOU: 1. Believe we have a solid coaching relationship and connection. Meaning that you feel completely heard, understood, and respected in all of our interactions. 2. Feel that the goals and topics we discuss about are important - TO YOU. (Yes, I'm the expert, but if you're not fully bought-in then your results will be limited.) 3. Believe that my approach and way of working is actually good fit for the way you think and operate. Again, this improves buy-in which, in turn, drives better results. 4. Feel that the overall session experience is relevant, valuable, and useful AND has helped you move closer to your goals. If we're out of sync in any of these areas, I want to know right away so that I can make adjustments to get us back on track. This image is a screenshot of the feedback I received from my newest client immediately following our very first coaching session. We'll be working together to get her 100% ready - physically and mentally - to crush her Bucket List Adventure goal of climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro AND actually being able to enjoy ENJOY moment of the trip. Kili is one of those trips that's on a lot of people's lists but what you might not realize is that it has a 30% failure rate.... And of the remaining 70% who are "successful" (defined simply as reaching the summit), many people experience symptoms of Altitude Sickness or simply spend the whole time "seeing red" because they didn't have the fitness to reach the summit comfortably. (Oxygen saturation is only 49% of what's normally available at Sea Level... Thats definitely something you should prepare for!) If you've got an epic adventure on your Bucket List, we should chat. Send me a DM with the word "ADVENTURE" and I'll show you the EXACT ROADMAP I've used with hundreds of clients over the past 15+ years to get them adventure-ready so that YOU can be prepared to confidently tackle that adventure you've been dreaming about 😀

Resilience in the workplace of life coaching, question with a thousand answers. 1) goals, not one to set up goals due to a simple factor. Mindset, many of us fall in the same boat. when mindset is in place or setting goals, our mind is focused in one directing. Not saying it is not good, it is just a lot can't focus on one direction without loosing concentration and become frustrated, then we quit. "So much for that goal". 2) distractions, when you start coaching what starts to happen? when distractions pop up add them to the situation instead of trying to avoid. in the middle of a sentence in the phone rings maybe not yours, (yours should be on silent). This is what happens due to factor our world has changed it ways of communication. embrace it and even add that's why I put mine on silence whenever I am helping others to achieve their spot they're looking for in society, you're too important for this type of distraction that changes the thoughts process and it's the same way and what you do in life takes a lot of adjustments in the process. 3) Notes, jotting down key responses of the person your coaching while thy are speaking is not good. when there response has ended, a simple let me jot some things down so I don't forget your concerns does two things, keeps you on track and makes the feel your really listening to them. Watcha Thinking ? can't or can

Make peace with food | Certified Fast Like A Girl Coach | Fast with the Moon 🌙 Cycles | Be the weight you want to be | Activate your body's healing magic ✨ | Pre- Peri- Mid- Post- menopause covered | 1:1 & FB community
The Quarterly Coaching Concept It’s getting to the end of the final quarter of the year so I’ve just had my quarterly coaching session. And I particularly love the December one because I get to feel into what I want to create the following year. I’ve set these up for myself at the end of each three month block as a way to keep getting stuff done but do it in a very CONSCIOUS way (as opposed to a hamster wheel way 🐹), meaning, that it helps me to check in regularly with my purpose, my direction, how I want to create my life. My North Star ✨ ️ There have been times when I benefitted hugely from more frequent coaching sessions - fortnightly or monthly. At the moment once every 3 months is enough. I look forward to them, and just the process of preparing my thoughts for the session has power: I think about what I want to walk away with and this focuses my mind on the big, important, meaningful dreams I have for myself. That’s part of the power of coaching. In the course of examining my life with my thinking-partner (coach) today, a powerful phrase came up for me: Easeful Efforting Every day (or week) Let me explain. I got really clear today about my desire for both consistent (‘every day / week’) ‘efforting’ in my business - habits around: 💥 research to keep updating & improving my Intermittent Fasting course 💥 posting to keep people informed and draw more people into a lifestyle that will change the trajectory of their health 💥 developing my coaching skills in the spirit of the Tony Robbins CANI concept: Constant And Neverending Improvement And I got clear about the need for Ease: 🙏 doing it in an unhurried way that allows me to enjoy the journey 🙏 maintaining a gratitude practice for all that I’ve already created in my life and business 🙏 letting go for the outcome and focusing on the only part that is entirely within my control - the processes My coaching session was a metaphorical long, calming exhale. I feel peaceful now. And yet motivated. I’m going to do the action that we agreed on, send a screenshot of it to my coach by the end of the year (10 days!) and she will acknowledge it. I have to do it now because I’ve promised her I will! That’s the power of accountability. If you want to set up Quarterly Coaching, DM me or book a free, no obligation 30 minute clarity call. #thepowerofcoaching #accountability

I told you I was obsessed with this talk from Nir Eyal from the coaching.com summit. Before going in the session, I was skeptical. "Indistractable?" "Is that even a legit word?" "I know all time management tricks. What could be new?" Honestly, I wanted help. ❔How could someone work average 12 hours per day and still feel like they hadn't scratched the surface of what they had to do? ❔A mile-long to-do list wasn't encouraging and tasks seemed to have acquired a permanent spot there. ❔And oh, not to mention the sinking feeling and the constant weight of guilt due to incomplete tasks. Now, this is where Nir's talk helped me. It clicked! 🗝️Time-boxing of everything so that you can focus on the most important. Was I making time for the most important things? 🗝️And the key learning that most of the distractions was internal! Yup, this was a cause of concern. And now I had some tools. 🗝️Most importantly, planning the schedule for who you want to be. What a practical approach to practicing your "values". I am pumped to try out these simple yet effective solutions. As Nir says, living life with no regret is the goal. P. S. What are you doing for a life full of intention? P. P. S. How do you stay indistractable? #coaching #timemanagement #TheSummit #coachingdotcomsummit
