I'd like to share my experience after attending the ILT (Instructor Led Training) Soft Skill session about "Time Management" from Bangkit Academy led by Google, Tokopedia, Gojek, & Traveloka. I got lots of interesting insights from the material. Here I summarize some of the important things I have learned in my Second Soft Skill Challenge, especially about 3 main things that I have improved and implemented with my time management in daily activities. #LifeAtBangkit #BangkitAcademy2023 #timemanagement

After going through several challenges so far, I learned several things: 1. God knows us best; if we keep asking God the right thing we currently need, God will open the right door for us. What we have to do is to make efforts and pray persistently. God will do the rest. 2. God has trained me not to give up during my studies, therefore I must not give up in my work. 3. The soft skills are important as well. Previously I learned about those skills in Bangkit Academy led by Google, Tokopedia, Gojek, & Traveloka, and I should apply those skills in real world. 4. It is advised to ask first before starting doing something (mainly when working in a team). #LifeAfterBangkit

[Completion of the English for Business Communication Short Course] Communication is a crucial ability in today's ever-collaborative environment, especially as we start our lives as professionals. On this occasion, I would like to thank Bangkit Academy led by Google, Tokopedia, Gojek, & Traveloka again for assisting me not only in my hard skills but also in developing English for business communication skills, which I may then employ in my professional life. I received a score of 94% (upper intermediate), which hopefully will assist in strengthening my personal qualities. In this course, I got materials that talked about: Spoken correspondence, expressing opinions, and business presentation; that helped me to master English communication in my professional career. Hi Everyone! I'd like to share my story about my experience of 5 ways of adaptability that i got from Bangkit Academy led by Google, Tokopedia, Gojek, & Traveloka program. Here I got various knowledge such as how to easily adapt to everything. And this is the 5 ways to Adaptability. 1. Interacting. When interacting, of course we often face various problems such as differences in age, language, personality and so on. Of course we have to be able to adapt to these circumstances and by following the Bangkit I became more accustomed to differences and was able to adapt. 2. Achieving. At BANGKIT, everything is different, but the differences are united because they have the same goal, namely being able to complete the project capstone and the entire program to completion. so that they will unite to achieve the goal 3. Learning. Learning at Bangkit is my opportunity to be able to adapt and get used to studying independently and discussing online. The material obtained is also very useful 4. Working. The learning system at Bangkit is like the world of work, starting from working independently, or working as a team, so that it will form work habits 5. Thinking. in the way of thinking, Bangkiy helped me find ways to face challenges in changing my mindset from a fixed mindset to a growth mindset. In essence, Bangkiy this program really helped me in terms of adapting, starting from the way I think when I am required to enter a new community. A structured schedule and tools like Google Calendar support efficiency. Recognizing the importance of rest for rejuvenation, I allocate time for relaxation. **Ways of Thinking** Bangkit broadened my horizons beyond technology, emphasizing soft skills like Growth Mindset, Time Management, Critical Thinking, and Adaptation. Growth Mindset forms the foundation for my achievements, fostering a positive approach to life. In conclusion, the "5 Ways of Adaptability" have enriched my journey, offering insights and tools for personal and professional growth.
