Just around eight months since our debut on London's property market, P&P London has already achieved significant milestones and is poised for continued success. The journey thus far has been exceptionally positive, marked by rapid growth and strategic acquisitions. Currently, we proudly own five properties in prime locations including Knightsbridge, Mayfair, Lambeth, Chelsea, and our latest addition, Notting Hill. The favorable market conditions, coupled with our bold decision-making, have enabled us to seize advantageous opportunities and lay a strong foundation for future growth.
Our recent acquisition in Notting Hill represents a major milestone, being our largest #investment in London to date. The Victorian-style property, spanning 5,000 sqft, is undergoing #refurbishment to transform into a luxurious family villa. Its prime location, just minutes away from Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens, Kensington High Street, and Notting Hill Gate station, positions it as a flagship project for P&P London.
Our forward-thinking management approach, coupled with robust financial capabilities, has allowed us to swiftly respond to unique investment opportunities like the one in Notting Hill. With a focus on flexibility and quick decision-making, we completed the deal within few days using our own funds, without the need for external financing rounds (all-equity financed). Rigorous due diligence, supported by established structures in London, further ensured the success of this endeavor, reflecting our commitment to excellence.
Looking ahead, we anticipate a resurgence in demand for property in the UK capital, presenting promising prospects for growth. To capitalize on this trend, we plan to invest approximately £100 million in property acquisitions in 2024. Our strategy involves leveraging opportunities for architectural, structural, or conceptual repositioning of flats and #residential buildings across all relevant segments in London. Through these initiatives, we aim to solidify our presence, attract attention, and establish P&P London as a reputable brand in the UK market for the long term.
