Why is hiring/retaining talent so hard in gaming? Per Omdia, the backend part of the stack is as hard as the other pieces of the stack to maintain. Hiring a full-time employee for my consulting arm, Harari Strategies, due to the amount of inbound for organic content strategies. 𝟑. Putting a few cash-flow businesses I had on auto-pilot TO REST. (it was time, things were crumbling 🥴). I owe this network for a lot. I still remember being 22 years old, completely panicked over my 'next move'. - Anxiety. - Some successes! - Unfortunately, more failures... Amazingly, everything worked out...
