Mortgage servicers have improved digital experiences and streamlined problem resolution, boosting customer satisfaction. However, borrower financial health has declined sharply, according to the J.D. The questions you’re looking to answer define the dashboard. We aimed to answer questions about workflow performance. When it comes to workflow performance, it can be described with eight measures: 1. Quantity 2. Volume 3. Speed 4. Quality 5. Efficiency 6. Effectiveness 7. Experience 8. Compliance We had six questions about each performance measure: 1. What does lead-to-application {{performance measure}} mean? 2. What is my lead-to-application {{performance measure}}? 3. What is the expected lead-to-application {{performance measure}}? 4. How has my lead-to-application {{performance measure}} changed over time? 5.
