I DON’T #DRINK #COFFEE You know the the situations all too well: There is warm-up moment in the morning, intermission between two meetings or just few seconds small talk after lunch. People pick/brew coffee and talk. After all, we named after coffee the whole line of gastro services: #Café. Therefore, it often comes as suprising (down to ridicilous) when I say “I don’t drink coffee”. If you think it’s not a big deal, you can get another #hotdrink, you are dead wrong. While usual restaurant would serve about 7-10 different coffee alterations (think Lungo, Cappucino, Flat white, …), they usually have about 2-3 sorts of tee at most, and almost no hot chocolate. Coming to #business partner #meetings in their own premises is often even more stringent. They are ready to impress you with mights of all-new, fancy coffee machine. But drink hospitability menu gets dangerously short when you declare that you don’t drink coffee. Over the years I got used to this coffee-patronizing habit of western countries. And learned also to enjoy great #Chai, anytime there is the option.
