3 C's of Live 🚀 Confidence: Taking the first few steps is hard, but it’s harder when we’re not confident about ourself. But, how do we build that confidence? Simple – Try different things, and find small victories that compound into bigger wins. 🚀 Commitment: Winners don’t do something on Day 1 and something else on Day 6. They commit. It takes ~6 months to understand a job, and the next 6 months to become performant. 🚀 Celebration: Mind is a powerful machine that can be trained; and celebrating our wins creates a virtuous cycle. We win → We celebrate → Our mind likes the dopamine & endorphin hit → We strive for better → We try more Now, a celebration does not always mean a party. It can be anything that we like. It’s about taking time and letting our brain relish the joy of the victory.

Definitely go right

If you win today, suck it up and show up tomorrow. Here's what I mean: Never become a victim of your success. Yes, you should: 1️⃣ Celebrate your victories. 2️⃣ Mark your milestones. 3️⃣ Reflect on how far you have come. But what you shouldn't do is: 1️⃣ Camp at your past victories. 2️⃣ Become complacent. 3️⃣ Stop doing what got you to the victory. Why? Because to stay relevant in life, you have got to start everyday new. Just as the Philosopher Heraclitus said: You cannot step twice into the same river.
