In today's special edition, I want to focus on more 𝗷𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲𝘀—perfect for those looking to break into the industry, shift careers, or just gather more expertise along their career journey. Some things to consider: • Totally new to events and experiences? Roles at venues, festivals, and sports organizations tend to offer a bunch of entry-level roles due to the volume of programs they produce. It's often not glamorous work, but I have such great memories from my time working in sports (and if you're a fan, you'll be really hooked). 🏆 • Want to break into the agency space? Internships and assistant roles are many times a great way to get in the door. Production companies also offer a great opportunity to elevate your resume. If you already have a decent bit of experience under your belt, even outside the agency world, utilize your network! It begs the question: why is the Peter Principle still so prominent?
