sorry to disagree with you, i practiced the worst delivery service from noon where i express my utmost disappointment and frustration with the unacceptable level of service I have experienced from your company, not once, but twice in the span of just two days. As a loyal customer in Dubai, I am deeply concerned about the detrimental impact this is having on Noon's reputation as a leading e-commerce platform in the region. In my first order, your delivery team failed to fulfill their commitment and delayed my shipment, disrupting my travel plans and forcing me to cancel the order and place it with a competitor instead. Regrettably, I am now writing to you again regarding the exact same issue - for the second time in just two days, your delivery team has let me down by failing to keep their promise on another order. This is simply unacceptable from a company of Noon's caliber and standing in the Dubai online shopping market. I believe the management of your conglomerate company may not be aware of the issues I have faced. I am confident that if they were made aware of that, they would take immediate action to rectify the situation and uphold the reputation of the Noon brand. Rgds

Dear Noon Customer Service, I am writing to express my sincere concern about the poor service I experienced with your company. I received a last-minute message that my scheduled delivery for today would not be fulfilled as planned. This is extremely unprofessional customer service from a reputable company like Noon. I had placed this order specifically to suit my travel plans, relying on the delivery date confirmed by your customer service team. However, the late and unsatisfactory notification has now disrupted my plans. I have had to cancel my order with Noon and instead placed the order with Amazon. This was an extremely regrettable experience that has left me dissatisfied with Noon's services. I will not be using your company again, and I will also advise my network to avoid Noon based on this poor customer service incident. I expect a prompt response addressing this issue and detailing how you intend to resolve the situation to my satisfaction. noon noon - food delivery experience. Order delayed by 45 mins (order placed at 10.15pm and delivered at 11.35pm) ; failure to address the complaint in time; failure to give a call to customer to apologise immediately. Failure to process a refund even after making the cancelation request on call and on the chat. Also, the policy of noon is that even if food is delayed by because of the restaurant, they will not provide a refund. Food was delayed by High Joint and not by the delivery rider. Simply put, pathetic service by #noon_uae and #HighJoint 0 out of 5! @noon - your refund of 20 (on the actual order of 120) is of no benefit #patheticservice; #worstcustomerservice

Dear Customer Support Team or Noon, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue regarding my account. On 18.08.2024, a subscription fee of AED132. 64 was debited from my account for the Noon app without my consent or prior authorization. I did not subscribe to any service or plan that would warrant this charge I only active for card payment and not on subscription but without my consent amount will be debited from account . Therefore, I kindly request a full refund of the debited amount as soon as possible. Additionally, I would appreciate confirmation that my account has been updated to prevent any further unauthorized charges. Please let me know if any additional information is required from my end to process this request promptly.
