noon if I would be your designer, this wouldn't be the photo I would permit you to post, the blue must need a darker tint, and the bus or the cart must be closely shot as to see the arabic noon, more or less, the photo lacks message, there isn't calligraphy, or any tagline; 'taking you mile ahead' or something similar, noon is widely celebrated and your profile must be as vibrant as possible.

1monoon I normally refrain from writing such reviews but in my nearly two decades in the UAE, I have never ever come across a customer service agent who is completely oblivious to the plight of an enquiring customer and is so detached from reality that all he wants is to shove your terms and conditions down my throat and end the chat while I am still typing (happy to privately share a transcript). All this because I wanted to return an unopened nebulizer machine which I bought just hours ago by mistake. For which I do not need cash but just Noon creds. This is the reason why companies like Noon cannot even dream of competing with seasoned players like Amazon - simply because your senior management is busy taking selfies while your ill-trained customer service agents are alienating your customers. Let me also say that searching items on your main portal is like trying to find a needle in a haystack and I was finally giving a chance to Noon Minutes because it seemed like a great idea but alas, your agent “Youssef” ruined it for me as well. Please train your team before giving them access to Noon computers. Have a nice day.
