Today, Byron Conner and Charlie Walker tell us more about Premier Support Plus, Lenovo's new premium support offering. Hello, we're on the red couch today to talk a little bit about Premier Support Plus. Yes, actually in the building behind us they're hard at work at the moment and we didn't want to be inside to bother them, so we came out here. That's right. So, Charlie, you work in Premier Support, right? Yes, I do. I'm one of the Account Managers there. Nice. Well, do you have any questions for me about Premier Support Plus? Yeah, I've heard that it's going to be Premier Support - plus. That's right, that's right. Premier Support plus seven additional features is our most comprehensive offer to date. I know that there's Keep your drive. I know that there's an international warranty, but what else is involved? So it also includes a Services Engagement Manager. It includes predictive and proactive support powered by Lenovo Device Intelligence. It also includes parts priority and sealed battery, which are features not available in any other standard support solution on the market. So with the SEM feature, the Service Engagement Manager, how does that work for me and my business? So the Service Engagement Manager functions as your Lenovo support advocate. So your voice into Lenovo. In addition, they report out to you on an annual or quarterly basis on the performance of all of your assets, to let you know how all of your endpoints are performing and they may even offer suggestions for improving that performance. I've also heard of Lenovo Device Intelligence. Premier Support Plus includes predictive and proactive support powered by Lenovo Device Intelligence. So we are able to tell our customers months in advance if they have a hard drive that's going to fail. So it'll tell me before it actually happens? Yes, sir. That's amazing. So they're also going to offer accidental damage protection as well. Does this cover anything that may happen to my device? What if my kid decides to play the drums on it? Well, it doesn't cover intentional damage, but outside of intentional damage, yes, most everything is covered and it works just like accidental damage protection works today. Again, it's just all inclusive in one package, easy for customers to order, easy for customers to get service. It's our most comprehensive support solution to date.
