Lenovo’s Post

Lenovo reposted this

From New Jersey to California, to China, and now Seattle (with plenty of round-trips in between!). From individual contributor to global CIO, any way I look at it, my career at Lenovo has been an incredible ride. 🌍 What keeps me excited? It’s the thrill of making a concrete impact on performance for both our customers and ourselves - finding the sweet spot where business challenges intersect with technological solutions. This commitment and belief in the power of technology, and the transformative difference it can make in everyone's lives, is what fuels my passion every day. Whether it’s helping a customer overcome a significant challenge or partnering on a project that transforms their business, it’s incredibly satisfying to know we’re making a difference. Special recognition also goes to the real stars of this story - my teams and collaborators who have taught and inspired me throughout our journey, leading to exceptional business outcomes. And big thanks also to the extraordinary team behind the camera - it's been a blockbuster experience making this video! #WeAreLenovo #Leadership #Innovation #GlobalGrowth

Thanks for sharing your truly inspiring story, Art; and it's always privileged to have you as an exceptional leader in our careers to learn and grow every step of the way!

Dear Lenovo Support Team, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent purchase and to request a refund for my Lenovo Loq laptop (SN: MP2MCHQ9). I bought this laptop on February 16, 2024, and it stopped working on February 27, 2024. I raised a complaint, and the problem was resolved on March 20, 2024. After that, I had to leave my laptop behind while I visited my hometown for 20 days. Upon my return, I used the laptop until April 27, 2024, when the same issue recurred. Your team informed me that the laptop could not be replaced, but the faulty part would be replaced. I agreed to wait, but then I informed by your team that the part would take 20 days to arrive. The laptop was repaired on May 19 or 20, but yesterday, the same problem occurred again. I have lost significant time and money due to these repeated issues and the delays in repair. I believe it is not acceptable to release a new model without thorough testing, and this laptop has proven to be unreliable. Therefore, I am requesting a full refund for this purchase. Thank you for your understanding and prompt attention to this matter. Sincerely, Rahul Choudhury

Amazing! Sir, your story really interesting. I used different product of different companies but lenovo products surprised the most. I'm currently using lenovo laptop and also some other products. Sir, without waisting your time I wanna request to you that please launch production plant of lenovo in Pakistan. If you can't launch production plant then please launch assembling plant in here. That will be very helpful for us. Looking for your kind reply

Fazem 3 anos que adquiri 3 notebooks dessa empresa, até hoje não me entregaram, tive que judicializar, mesmo com liminar, não cumprem ordem judicial. Cuidado, empresa Lenovo não é confiável.
