1moLenovo Lenovo India Lenovo Support Lenovo Education I have Lenovo's DOA certificate (120624038). However, I noticed that the certificate mentions a refund, but I would like to request a system replacement instead. The previous technician assured me that I would definitely get a replacement from your end. After multiple troubleshooting sessions with your technical support team, a technician visited and confirmed that the touchpad, motherboard, and sensor need to be replaced. Given my situation, I kindly request a system replacement rather than a refund. I have already started paying for the laptop through a 3-month EMI option on my credit card, and the second billing cycle is approaching. Please understand my situation and help me with a system replacement. I have been a loyal Lenovo user and have referred many people to buy Lenovo laptops. I trust Lenovo because of the excellent technical support and customer service. If a system replacement is not possible, please arrange for an onsite technician to replace the necessary parts (touchpad, motherboard, and sensor) under my 1-year onsite warranty. Thank you.
