IWG’s latest CEO study provides insights on how companies can use the hybrid model to navigate the uncertainties brought by the current economic climate. 89% of CEOs in IWG’s survey said they have achieved cost savings as a direct result of implementing the hybrid model, in part by enabling them to eschew costly conventional leases and instead invest in flexible workspace. The CEOs also reported benefits in other areas, including an increase in job satisfaction and productivity, with 70% saying that employee happiness had surged as a result of offering employees flexible work schedules. #IWG #Research #CSuite #HybridWork #FutureofWork
