Dear Kotak Bank Worst experience with Kotak Bank! There is some problem with my Kotak Bank account. My account balance has been frozen by the bank. I have contacted the home branch many times. They are not helping. They have advised to contact customer care. I have tried to contact customer care but the call is disconnected. And this is happening many times. And Kotak Bank has no email to contact. I don't know how to unfreeze my account Please help or take any action Thanks 😊

I was take a PL ( SPLN76144683) from Kotak bank in 2 Aug 2023. The executive Mr Tarun Yadav and Mr Vaibhav open that PL. During opening I was opposed to fixed interest rate of 12% then both people told that it is because you will closed this after payment of 1 EMI and also no foreclosure charges that’s why it’s interest is fixed. After one month when I try to contact both of them no one pick my call. After 3 months I connect to Mr Vaibhav he told me I was left from Kotak please contact Mr Tarun. But Mr Tarun continuously not pict my call and I am also unable to meet in branch. This was take 6 months when I call to Ms Vidya and share my issues. She enquired and informed me you will closed this after one year. Once I want to close my PL Mr Tarun said me I only lie to complete my target, you are well educated why you signed the papers on the trust of me it’s completely your fault. I only want to know that is Kotak is a brand if any employee do like this it’s not damaged Bank image. Even when I contacted to Boss of Mr Tarun, he replied Tarun do this to complete his target, you are educated then why you signed the document. It’s your fault.

TRYING SO LONG AND LONG AND UNABLE TO CONNECT WITH YOUR TEAM FOR CD LOAN. TRYING FOR A LONG TIME.. WHY SO MUCH LETHARGIC CUSTOMER HANDLING?

Dear Sir/Ma’am, Today i visited to Main branch of loan ( pujari chamber 3rd floor, Raipur, Chhattisgarh) at 3:05pm, nearly all present people asked me about my work once i told that i want to foreclosure of my PL but no one intertened me. one of the person told me Ma’am is absent ( Ms Darksha) so it cannot be possible. suddenly i see the Mr Tarun ( who is the person open my loan account) I share my issue then he call to Ms Darksha, she told me which form you want to close your account i replied by cheque the she told me, sorry today time is over to collect cheque, you will come tomarrow. same time a received a call from customer care no one ready to attend their call. Is it your banking system. i was try to close my PL ( SPLN76144683) from a long time but your executive only bother me and give wrong infromations. They want cash after 3:00pm to close my PL account. Is it possible? Why they people are ok to open Pl account after 7:00pm but not ok to close still 3:10 pm.

I'm outraged by Kotak Mahindra Bank's persistent incompetence and fraudulent behavior. Following my previous post, an agent called me, asking me to reiterate my story despite it being publicly shared. They promised to investigate and follow up, but never did. Instead, I received a message claiming my 'request for waiver' was declined - I never requested a waiver! I demanded an explanation for the mysterious Rs 1600 legal fee, which never appeared on my statement. Only after six months of questioning and a LinkedIn post did they finally provide an explanation: the charge was due to multiple ECS bounces, despite timely payments, and separate bounce charges of Rs 750 and Rs 500. This bank is a well-organized fraud syndicate under Mr. Uday Kotak's leadership. After the message on social media platform Ms. Draksha called me (12/09/2024 around 11:00 am) and threatened me regarding this complaint. I also got a call from Mr. Rakesh Sharma (Loan Department) at 1:30 pm, he wanted to talk to me. I reached the branch at 2:00 pm, they told me you did not contact me directly, you contacted Ms. Draksha, Mr. Tarun, if they are not giving proper information then it may be due to lack of information and if both of them said something wrong then it may be due to slip of tongue. Ms Vidya Chandrakar was also present during this conversation (I requested my Ms Vidya to please take me to Mr Rakesh. Ms Vidya had opened my savings account and in intial stsge she is my RM. Mr Rakesh Sharma, told me to forget everything and pay the amount, we will take your cheque today and if you come to us again in future for a loan, we will try not to have such an issue.

Just greetings would not do any good to improve the image of your wrongdoings.. I am surprised you have any concern about teachers ...as I am sure ..not any teacher of yours would teach you to do as you do!! I am a customer -took an educational loan through your bank.. A late payment of EMI will be so torturing for me ,I didn't know that!! I was late paying the EMI and I got my account debited by all sorts of charges through that EMI account !! I got many calls asking for urgent payment of EMI AGAIN.. When I called Customer care number which is there on the website,the person was not listening to my problem and disconnected.i called that number again then he and his fellow employee talked to me in Leud language and threatened me on the call using filthy language. Ladies and gentlemen,you are in the era of Customer care services Customer is the King ...when He is a prospective Customer.. But I was harrassed as I was raising my voice... I wrote Emails to the department head and CEO of Kotak.. No response as yet.. I wish that I could wish you a Happy Teachers Day!!

They explained different rules to protect themselves (also give explainatikn to protect Ms Draksha and Mr Tarun) and when I started noting down what they said, they commented to me that you already know the exact way to solve your problem. Then I called 08655992701 - this number is given by the customer care executive. I am not remember their name but with help i pay whole amount of PL.

PLS THIS IS FOR EVERYONE..AND ESPECIALLY FOR THE PEOPLE WHO WORKED/WORK IN FINANCE RELATED JOBS. HOW CAN WE REFER SOMEONE TO THIS BANK WHEN WE OURSELVES HAVE SO WORST EXPERIENCE
