Two approaches tackle sustainable development challenges within organizations : 1️⃣ 𝗗𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵 : Internally oriented, it analyzes risks and limits negative externalities that may impede or jeopardize the company's activity. 2️⃣ 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗿𝘂𝗽𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵 : Externally focused, it challenges the existing economic model to concentrate on the offer, product, and its usage. Both are legitimate and complement each other, reflecting a consciousness reached by organizations and their teams at a certain stage of development. Consider the 𝗲𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗺𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 patterns as an example. We moved from the "housewife under 50," the epitome of mass consumption, to the "individualistic consumer," represented by the hyperconnected, nomadic user targeted by brands.
