Reassign players to positions that suit their skills and the team's needs. 3. Focus on increasing goal-scoring opportunities while maintaining defense. 4. Improve penalty kick conversion through specialized training. 5. Enhance team coordination and minimize fouls through regular, focused training.

So many people make the mistake of chronically starting over in new careers or businesses because they current one is to ________ (you insert the reason). The problem is so many people don’t realize when you start you will likely have to take punches before you can get some shots in. You have to last long enough to get good. That is painful and takes time. If you always jump before you get the chance to get consistent wins you just continue to cycle forever chasing greener pastures. People that are successful in a career, offering, business always put in the time and went through the pain before they started becoming champions. In the hero’s journey, the hero always has to take the hardship before he is skilled enough to take the victory.

This initial sacrifice paved the way for subsequent investments in similar properties. Career Choice: I declined a secure full-time job with layered benefits, choosing instead to consult as an engineer. This decision demanded financial discipline, enabling me to accumulate profits for strategic investments. Housing Decision: We resisted the allure of upgrading our home, heeding the advice of Charlie Munger and Warren Buffett. Current Residence: We still reside in a 1500sqft home, a deliberate choice that has allowed us to acquire undervalued residential and commercial properties. Healthcare Paradigm Shift: Our sacrifices allowed my wife, a physician, to step away from the profit-driven, quantity-over-quality, complex, inaccessible, confusing, bureaucratic, and dishonest healthcare status quo. Just watched the Masters interview with Tiger Woods, who said he could still win if, "everything fell into place." Those of us who are golfers know why...the dudes body is a mess and surviving the weather and hills at Augusta National is half the battle. One wet slippery day (like last year) and he is toast. Of course, I pondered how this approach related to our world, in CX. Makes me wonder how much of what we do is highly dependent of things falling into place to win. How much of what we do happens through the sheer will and effort by those on our teams, and if one or any of them fail, it falls apart? Conversely how many of our CX deployments are like the old Tiger. They perform so well, that they can win even with their B game, suboptimal. So talk to me fellow CX'ers and be honest with yourself...how much of what you do works well even in sub optimal conditions and how much of your experience depends on the circumstances, creating failure points if everything doesn't go right?

What a fantastic first weekend of the Six Nations! Being Welsh, I couldn't be prouder of our second-half performance. After the retirement of legends like Alun Wyn Jones and the early departure of talents such as Louis Rees-Zammit, Wales faced a significant challenge. We were a team of fresh faces, including Wales's youngest ever captain. The first half was tough. Entering the dressing rooms 27 points down, I'll be honest, I had doubts. Especially against a Scotland team that's among the best I've seen in my lifetime. But the second half was a different story. It gave me goosebumps and had me shouting at the TV, just like my grandad used to do. Despite losing by just one point, the young Welsh squad's performance was memorable. Their grit, determination, and discipline were incredible. As I'm stepping into the world of business ownership and reflecting on my years as a self-employed financial planner, this game reminded me of a crucial life lesson. Life can be tough, but success is always within reach. Rocky Balboa eloquently captured this sentiment, "It's a very mean and nasty place and I don't care how tough you are it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it. You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain't about how hard you hit. It's about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward." Taking cue from Rocky's powerful message, and Wales's performance, I extend a heartfelt shout-out to anyone grappling with adversity: I've walked in those shoes. The road of resilience might be paved with setbacks, but remember, it's never about the falls we take; it's about our persistence to rise, time and again, that truly shapes our journey. As we embark on this week, let's arm ourselves with unwavering determination. No matter the challenges ahead, remember we are built to withstand, to overcome, and to thrive.
