Interview with Rayan SAIDI, cabin crew at French bee, about his job, his favorite French bee destinations and his advice for future cabin crew. 💼 Tell us about your career path. I joined French bee in 2021. Finally, in March 2023, I passed the internal selection process to become a Cabin Crew Manager, the position I hold today. ✈️ What is your favorite French Bee destination? Without hesitation, it's Miami! 🏝 What would you recommend doing in this destination? Personally, I love strolling along Miami Beach, enjoying the beach, brunching at Maison Versace, or admiring the murals in the Wynwood district. The choice of activities is endless in this city, so you're bound to find something to do that appeals to you. 🤩 What advice would you give to those considering a similar career? You'll sometimes be faced with situations that require you to know how to manage stress, make decisions quickly or even keep a smile on your face in all circumstances. Be curious, empathetic and open-minded - all qualities that will make you an excellent crew member. One last piece of advice: before applying to an airline, build up your professional background by having one or more experiences in customer service - you'll undeniably increase your chances of success. See you soon on board! ✈️ #interview #PNC #frenchbee #cabincrew #a350

Did you know that cabin crew careers are open to anyone, regardless of their experience or background? 👩🏻✈️ A perfect example is EasyJet’s recent recruitment campaign to find 1000 new cabin crew, with career changers among those encouraged to apply. A former dental nurse, optician, Paris police officer, opera singer, a former chef, and an ex-radio presenter were featured in the campaign to showcase the diversity among their current team. If you’d have a closer look at other airlines’ cabin crew job offers, you’d see a similar thing. For instance, the very first requirement you’ll see on Ryanair’s list is “lots of enthusiasm,” while many other ones, including SAS, Wizz Air, or Vueling, set certain age or education limits for the candidates but don’t usually require previous work experience. What kind of conclusions can we draw from this? Only one thing: it’s time to break the stereotypes! It doesn’t matter if you’re a former chef, police officer, or librarian — the doors to aviation are always open for you. If you still don’t believe us, contact our team at info@aerviva.com, and we’ll be more than happy to help you fulfill your dreams ✈️☁️ #Aerviva #Aviation #CabinCrew

The cozy season is here and many airlines are doing Cabin Crew recruitment events around the world, to prepare for the busy Summer 2024 🌞 Nearly one year ago, I was also planning my trip to Prague and getting ready for my interview with Avion Express. It was for sure a life changing step in my career ✈️ If you are an aspiring or experienced Cabin Crew, here are some tips that will help you to get your dream job: ⏰Be on time: Punctuality is very important in the aviation world and for sure the recruitment team will appreciate it ☺️ 👔Prepare your outfit: For most airlines, the dress code for the Cabin Crew assessment day is Business. Creating this professional look will help you to boost your confidence and it’s taken into consideration by the recruitment team , as in your daily Cabin Crew life, you will be required to wear the uniform and represent the company. ✈️Know your Company: It’s always a good idea to make a small research about the airline you are applying for. ❓Ask questions: Don’t be afraid to ask, it’s your opportunity to make sure that it’s the right airline for you. ☺️ Be yourself, bring your smile and make it happen! 🔗 Check the link attached in the comments for our current job openings ✈️ #avionexpress #livingaviation #careerwings #aviationcareers

Hospitality Ingredient • Passionate about Service to Humanity. Aspiring Air Crew ✨ Starting My Career in the Hospitality IND. Had been a life of ADVENTURE and am enjoying it 😊. National Diploma in BAM (in progress)
it's Okay to Look out for Models to be employed as Cabin Crews and High profiled receptionists or Stewards but at the end of the day I don't think that's all that matters because I'm much more concerned about the Body language and facial expressions of that individual offering an exceptional service to different personalities from all walks of life. The Hospitality industry as a whole offers Services more than Tangible products and therefore Personnel Administrators in this our industry ought to make qualities/Passion to Service a priority while Recruiting Applicants. yes appearance is the first impression but what comes next???. it's important to take that aspect seriously because trust me that's why Most INTERNATIONAL flight attendants/Cabin Crews wouldn't understand their Job description and of course they don't deliver excellent services in most cases. #HospitalityStaff #CabinCrews #FlightAttendants #Aviation #Stewards #Porters #HospitalityIndustry #Hotels #Tourism #Airlines

Aviation & Hospitality Professional | Speaker | Trainer & Coach | VR Developer | Open for Opportunities 🟢
✈️ **Can You Become a Cabin Crew?** We are thrilled to share our new theme song and its amazing lyrics with you! What is it really like to be a flight attendant? Many people view the role as a dream job because you get paid to travel the world, take photos, enjoy amazing food, and attend lots of parties. However, much like a beautiful car, what truly makes a difference is what's under the hood—whether it be the engine, the spare parts, or all the little nuts and bolts. This is exactly what many people fail to research when they apply for a cabin crew position. It's statistically proven that the success rate for securing a cabin crew job is just 3% during the application and interview process within the aviation industry. Every day, I see many candidates scouring the internet for interview questions and trying to memorize the answers, missing the main point: it's not about the answer as much as how it’s delivered. Airlines, especially those in the GCC region, hire you for who you are and your character, not just for what you know. Once you join an airline, you will be trained or retrained if you were an ex-cabin crew member. The most important foundation is the human being reflected in their outlook and behavior, which is why only 3% make the cut. If you're still reading this, you either have some interest in the field, are researching to become a flight attendant, or perhaps you would like to learn more about the life skills and training I offer. Or maybe you’re planning to headhunt me for a job. In any case, well done for making it this far through the article. #CabinCrew #FlightAttendant #Aviation #Airlines #GCCAirlines #CareerDevelopment #LifeSkills #TravelJobs #AviationTraining
