Hi, I'm Emma and I work as a recruiter here at H&M. Today I will give you some tips on how to nail your interview. We want to get to know you, so the most important thing is for you to be yourself and be honest. We get a lot of questions on what to wear for the interview, but our tip is for you to let the fashion guide you. We're not expecting you to turn up in the suit. Do your research on the company's mission and values. We will ask you about this in the interview. You will find a lot of good information on our career site. Prepare and practice to answer questions like why you want to work with us, why we should hire you and where you see yourself in the future. Here at the Internet we will be doing competency based interviews, so please think about and prepare some situations that you've been in the past. This will help the interviewer to understand who you are and what skills you have. Make sure to ask questions, after all an interview is A2 way St. Good luck with your interview, we're looking forward to meeting you.

Be yourself and to be honest: It's very beautiful and romantic advice! But in practice, H&M acts completely different from what it says. There is no honesty in this business model, being yourself can be dangerous and ruin your life forever, if you fall into the wrong places. I have a chronic illness.....thanks to the honesty of H&M - the Netherlands.

If you're interviewing for a Sales role, here's a valuable tip: Don't be aggressive or boastful. Let your work speak for yourself. The best way to showcase your skills is by citing quantitative examples of your sales abilities. Your answer could look like: "In my previous role as a sales representative at XYZ Company, I was consistently recognized as a top performer for exceeding sales targets by an average of 20% each quarter. One particular achievement that I'm proud of is when I successfully closed a major deal with a key client in the (insert industry name) industry.
