Hi, my name is Athena and I'm in product licensing. My name is Henry Duong and I'm part of the advertising department. My name is Danny and I'm in the social media department. My name is Anniston and my department is retail operations, but I'm specifically in communications. My name is Renee and I'm in the buying planning and allocation department. I'm Autumn and I'm in the video production department. My name is Dominic Miguel. I'm a part of product development in brand partnerships. I'm Haley and I'm an e-commerce and. Inducing. Definitely the rich history. I feel like GAS has been a known brand for decades and decades. So I was actually an assistant store manager back at home in San Antonio, TX and my district manager reached out to me telling me if I wanted to grow the company, which led me into the internship program. Our recruiter came to my school and showed me the guest internship program. I knew that it was going to be the best place that I could get creative marketing experience. I always had a strong passion in fashion. Was interested in working in the fashion industry, so that was the big reason why I wanted to apply to guests. I think the one word I would choose would be elation because that feeling of happiness and excitement I get from being here because it's like when I'm here doesn't really feel like work. It's I'm definitely, I'm working hard and I'm always busy, but I feel like being creative, which kind of comes natural. If I could describe my internship experience in one word, that would be novelty. This entire summer has been filled with new experiences, friends, and challenges that allow me to grow. In ways that I never had before. Definitely collaborative. I think that specifically within ecommerce and merchandising, we work with so many different departments. And so on the day-to-day, you know, you're working with studio, you're working with the photo team, you're working visuals discovery. I feel like I'm learning so much, like in the beginning it was kind of overwhelming in a good way, and every single day I'm learning something new about a different apartment. I'm learning a new skill or a new site. Always. Recently I got the chance to work on set for a guest socialist campaign. This was my First off campus, I guess you could say set. And as an intern, it was just really, really fun to be able to really get in there and like get my hands on some equipment and really just feel really connected with guests and the kind of campaigns that we typically shoot. Me and a few other interns are planning a Summer Olympic Games with all of the interns and everybody in the offices. I'm working on a swimwear line right now for summer 2025. I've never had an experience like making grommets, but I've had experience doing design and I'm also having help through my amazing mentors and we're just all clapping as a team and it's been a really, really fun experience. On new skill that I learned is visual merchandising. It's just going into the store and justice, rearranging all of the bags and shoes and making it look pretty by like color and by like style. Definitely more technical skills relating to the software. Before coming to guess, I didn't know how to use Salesforce, I didn't know how to use Encom, which is one of our merchandising sites. Learning how to both use the software and then implement it and then see how it comes together with merchandising is something that I've really. One of the big skills I learned definitely has spent more graphic design focus skills. So a lot more things with Indesign, a lot more things to After Effects. Every week my mentor Mika and I have one-on-one graphic design lessons where she's been teaching me how to use tools such as Photoshop in Design and Premiere so I could have those skills to last me for the rest of my career. Cry to Bingo was the most fun I've had so far. I was just in an all by the Queen of beauty. Definitely gonna be the intern breakfast that guest held I think the second week of our internship. It was the first big event where all the interns got to get together. There was a bunch of prizes. I was the winner of some brand new guest headphones, so I will be sporting those shortly. The bus memories I've had so far was actually the discussion panels they've had. They basically go through a bunch of different sectors. And we're just kind of learning about a lot of people in different departments experience at gas. Something that really stands out that I really enjoy is just getting familiar with the nano laser because I'm really exploring the path of capabilities and the functions that it offers and cut, that's a wrap. Boom.
