Its continuing mission: to explore strange new sessions to seek out new decks and new breakouts to boldly train where no one has trained before! As the end of term comes into sight, it's been great preparing for Princethorpe College's HoDs training session that Support-Edu is running on Friday April 12th. Looking forward to recapping the material we covered in November on purpose, vision and active listening before delving deeper into writing departmental development plans and staff performance conversations (note - not difficult conversations....!)
