**BREAKFAST OF CHAMPS** This is the kinda breakfast that I dream about regularly. It would keep me full yet light for hours 💪🏽 🌈 A heap of grilled veggies, raw lightly pickled veggies, herbs galore, lashings of olive oil and sea salt topped with a hunk of cheese. Talk about some divine nutrient density right there. 🥒 We have grilled yellow and green courgettes, sugar snaps, rocket and watercress, home pickled red cabbage, fresh tomatoes, pesto with pine nuts and loads of herbs. extra virgin olive oil and the sexy AF burrata You can vary this up so many ways * Use any cheese you have, just have plenty of it * Try 150g grilled tofu if vegan * Tinned mackerel for bonus points! * Grilled aubergines, broccoli, asparagus * Add as many varieties of green leaves and herbs as you can * Stir some miso into your olive oil and drizzle on top for extra gut health * Add chopped hazelnuts, walnuts, Brazil nuts (or all 3!) 🩺 SIMPLES 🩺 Please, for YOUR sake, try this today and let me know how long it kept you full for...!
