In March I came back strong and got back to 250%. What changed: A shift in mindset from my sales background to my music background. In Short: Practice more than you play. In Long: Most sales organizations are output based, pushing for more dials, more sales, more demos. But if your work is not quality then more bad dials are just more bad dials. You're actually hurting yourself the more you produce. If you practice getting better, your output will get better. If you only play, nothing will change. Anyways, see everyone in 6 months again.

NASCAR's college student program is a shining example of how to create premium experiences for college students -- the vanguard of GenZ. Session takeaways: 1. GenZ loves premium experiences. Research shows that GenZ looks for premium experiences for their age group when making purchase decisions. 2. Premium experiences catalyze loyalty. GenZ says they show the brand values and appreciate their business which encourages future engagement. 3. Make premium experiences matter with identity verification. Not only does this protect margins, it solidifies the authenticity of the offer.

Most brands need to do the following 3 things... 1) Engage and if possible create an ongoing relationship with their target customer. 2) Understand who they are, and what they like and use this information to provide personalised customer journeys, experiences and offers. 3) Sell their "stuff" to that customer.
