What a night to remember! 🌟
We celebrated 20 years since the idea of FotMob was born on a beach in Thailand. Each of our employees received a 🐐 award to honor their contributions in making FotMob the world’s fastest-growing livescore platform.
We have big plans ahead and will continue to roll out new features. Thank you to all our supporters out there, we look forward to the next 20 years!

Now the dust has settled a little, I’d like to tell a little story about the last 8 months…
In June I joined Wildscreen (again!) to head up the Wildscreen ARK project. We didn’t know what it was going to be at first - but I knew we had a problem to fix - 11 years of working with secondary age kids showed me most didn’t know their badgers from their blackbirds, and they aren’t finding the kind of content that most adults today learned about nature from.
THE LINBURY TRUST and Garfield Weston Foundation gave us the the freedom and ability to explore the solution with the incredible Rocketmakers team. I can’t big up these guys enough - especially Sara King, Alice McNeil, Adam Clarke and David Haylock - their professionalism, technical excellence and cracking sense of humour (read: any nature joke) steered us smoothly through a complex first build.
On the Wildscreen end, the ARK team - Amy F. and a succession of terrific and adaptable interns (Cicely Spence, Tawana L Gandiyah, Cameron Dicker, Will White, Lucy Allan-Jones) set to work researching the content we needed for launch. It can sometimes be a little nerve-racking asking professional photographers and filmmakers to allow us to use their content… and it was awesome seeing interns’ delighted faces when they got their first yes’s.
So it was with great pleasure that we launched the Wildscreen ARK first release last week:

But this is only the beginning! Now starts the work of getting this in front of those who need it, rapidly increasing our available UK content and teacher resources, and securing more funding to continually improve ARK and take it to the next level…
All in all, a busy 8 months for an ex-secondary school teacher on a mission, but a wise person once said… “if not you, then who?” If you’re considering a change and want to make a difference - go for it. The future really is now and all of us get to build it.

🚀 Case Study: Rocksmith Activation at SXSW 🚀
One of our earliest and most exciting partnerships was with Ubisoft, spearheaded by the visionary Shane Bierwith. Recognizing my passion for guitar, Shane entrusted NEWSCIENCE with the task of promoting and executing hands-on demos for their revolutionary game, Rocksmith, at SXSW.
Ubisoft collaborated with Rolling Stone and set up an eye-catching tour bus outside the RS venue in Austin. Here's how we made this activation unforgettable:
🎸 Street Team Magic: We assembled a dynamic street team to engage SXSW attendees and draw them to the Rocksmith bus to demo the game. We had a line around the block of folks waiting for their chance to play.
🎨 Promo Collateral: Our team designed and distributed stickers, T-shirts, lanyards, and giant guitar picks to create buzz and brand visibility around Austin.
👨🎤 Musician Integration: We hired talented guitarists from local bands performing at SXSW to run the demos. This not only provided attendees with authentic insights from real musicians but also offered these artists a chance to earn extra income during the festival.
The result? A phenomenal win/win: Musicians got to make extra cash to help cover the cost of their trip, and Ubisoft received enthusiastic, genuine demonstrations of their innovative game.

Trying to describe watching Trackzilla in action has broken my vocabulary.
“Unbelievable?! Amazing?! Insane?! Dismay?! Impossible?! Awesome?! Inconceivable?!”
None of these words quite get there. We had such a great time this weekend watching the Construction Innovation Parade and the live demonstration with Trackzilla!
BZI and Innovatech are deploying several new innovations over the next 30 days, and we celebrated the launch by bringing the community together for a festive celebration.
