Former President Donald Trump suggested he and President Joe Biden should take cognitive exams together. Trump said that all presidential candidates should be required to take cognitive and aptitude tests. He previously called on Biden to take a cognitive test, but this is the first time he’s asked the president to do so since the June 27 debate. Read more: https://trib.al/WGUkaOP

Our country is dependent on two old guys arguing about who’s smarter? We really should be mad at the political parties who can’t find better candidates.

It's strange how people sway with a sentence and we find a milling crowd searching for the north. How good are these politicians create a theater just in minutes and public becomes puppets in no time. After every term they act the same character and puppets finds themselves living a prosperous life in the paradise but.... Of Fools. Well how awesome it is both are doing it every time with perfection. The clan of politicians around the world rule, and public remains subjugated. They are happy they have right to choose, but what? They're satisfied they elected but, whom? They always bank on someone, the one who is a batter actor. The fortune of politicians shine everytime may be this year or next. Public remains happy only thinking they have won, but thereafter they starts cursing till the next time.... Then again and again....

They both need tests, and we need better options for politicians. Ridiculous!! I’m sick of all of this and it’s not close enough to November.

He’s really good at spinning the focus of stories, and media take the bait as if without thinking how this affects the narrative and politics in the US

Ok, but one is a decent man who is losing his mental capacity to the test of time, the other is a rapist fraudster, who while mentally functioning, does not have control over his own bowels. One probably couldn't be left in care of the grandchildren anymore. The other shouldn't be left alone with women or children. What a choice.

I’m kinda ok with this. I don’t think Trump could pass and Biden’s issues with the debate were (it sounds like) a combination of a cold, his stutter, and expecting the moderators to fact check Trump and then having to scramble to try respond to all of his lies at once. I’m confident he’ll do better next time.

I say we hire the nation’s foremost neuropsychologist to assess. Have other neuropsychologists observe that psychologist test both presidents, much as a surgeon would be observed by medical residents to ensure correct ministration. Both presidents would participate one right after the other, but not be privy to materials until they are administered. That would, in my mind, reduce bias and claims of incorrect administration and therefore false results.
