Question for TA folk who run Graduate rotation programs: Do you use a platform to track graduates as they rotate around different departments within the company? 𝗕𝗲𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗜'𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗳:   • Have a dashboard view of multiple rotations - track the rotations of candidates in departments/dates/feedback/check-ins. • Providing content to employees during moments that matter • Pulse surveys in the tool for graduates or managers to provide feedback • Send out notifications to individuals notifying them of upcoming rotations • Gain a control centre view if graduates/managers are regularly checking in • Nudges to leaders and managers to encourage and model the right behaviours. I assume someone has built a graduate rotation program tool, but I've yet to see one. The closest I've seen today is @Kinfolk, but I'm interested if there is a dedicated platform for these types of use cases. #graduateprogram #graduaterotation #TAtech

Somewhere around March 2011, I was doing my internship in Cummins filtration (Current Atmus Filtration Technologies) & working on a project under the guidance of Umesh Sawant. Umesh was leading India Filtration team that time & was in process to setup a technical center in India. In my internship interview itself, I got impressed by Umesh’s leadership skills. Considering my very first exposure to corporate world, he personally helped me to get comfortable with the business environment & processes. To make further onboarding easy, he assigned dedicated buddy to me, to set work environment for me before I actually start to work on project. Despite his very busy schedule, he always used to spare some time for me to encourage my work & guiding me on career as well as project milestones. Dedicated 12 months efforts under his guidance helped me to successfully complete my M. Tech project. Umesh gladly offered to continue my professional journey with Cummins Filtration. His communication skills, integrity towards organization, clarity on vision-mission-values, empathetic approach towards colleagues, problem solving skills, one team approach, availability attitude is really commendable. Today, though we are part of different organizations, I still reach out to Umesh for guidance & he genuinely helps me on the same.
