In a world increasingly reliant on technology, #embedded systems emerge as the unsung heroes, driving innovations that shape our daily lives.
Amidst economic shifts and a global pandemic, the embedded systems industry faces challenges. Despite significant job cuts, there’s a critical, unmet demand for technical #talent, with over 130,000 job postings globally in the last quarter underscoring the pressing need for specialized talent to drive innovation forward. Such data is provided by Rocks & Gold and is based on the analysis of the top 15 hiring countries in the world.
To address the talent gap, Andrii Bezruchko, CEO and Founder at Newxel, in his article advises industry leaders to adopt a comprehensive strategy, embracing project-based #outstaffing, increasing working format flexibility, offering education and certification opportunities, and building partnerships with educational institutions. By doing so, they can cultivate a resilient and innovative workforce capable of propelling the embedded systems industry into the future.
