3wI am writing to share a deeply disappointing experience. On 26th June, I placed an order with high hopes and excitement. However, it is now 12th July, and I have yet to receive my order. Over the past few weeks, I have contacted FanCode's customer care three times. Each time, I was assured that my order would be delivered soon. Today, to my utter dismay, I received a message informing me that my order has been canceled and I will receive a refund. This is unacceptable. I had been patiently waiting for weeks, and this outcome is highly disappointing and unprofessional. I urge FanCode and its leadership to address this issue promptly and improve their customer service standards to prevent such frustrating experiences in the future.
