Companies are constantly hiring college graduates who have no experience. They go to a hiring event at their school or apply somewhere and have roles as consultants, finance, marketing, logistics. They have no idea what they are doing. I talked to a top consultant last week at an investment firm and he said he just went to analyze a company and that two of the guys are in this exact scenario. College graduates, hired as consultants, and have no idea what they are doing. Why are companies hiring people with no experience when there are other people applying that have decades of experience?
