That dream job could quickly become a nightmare. Watch out for these deal-breakers during your search. 📍 Uncommunicative prospective employers (the ones who 'ghost' you and then re-appear and act as if they never left) 📍 Lack of transparency (you made it to an interview and they still can't share basic details on the role?) 📍 Inflexibility (you must upend your life and relocate if you accept their offer and yet they insist on a strict in-office policy, showing no flexibility for hybrid or remote work arrangements.) Scroll through the document for more red flags. Trust your gut instincts, and don't settle for less than you deserve – a fulfilling career should enrich your life, not drain it.
