Stakeholder Communication: Prepare and present reports, proposals, and updates to senior management, stakeholders, and board members, effectively communicating growth strategies, progress, and challenges. Technical / Functional Competencies: Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data to inform strategic decision-making. Proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting, and budgeting. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Knowledge of software industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies. Behavioral Competencies: Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence stakeholders at various levels.
