I raised my complaint in your app with My Ticket ID 10454247. but I received a message that your payment has been successfully refunded to your IDFC account, but I don't have any IDFC accounts. 9moCred is defaulting at providing the invoice for any transaction made on Cred. When raising concern it is a chatbot which is responding. Not even a proper chat support let alone a contact number/email id.
