I have applied for a CRED cash of INR 50000 on November 14th , though the amount was deducted from the cred cash however it is yet not credited in my account even after 48 hours. I have raised a ticket and mailed as well however no solution yet. Pl help to credit the money in my registered account on priority else suggest a way out

Hi Team, I was taken a loan from CRED app. Today is my EMI last date. Today morning i paid the EMI . Then how the amount getting auto debit from my account. It's very bad experience i get in my last date of EMI. i request you kindly check and refund my amount. Regards K Roshan Kumar Mahapatra

I have applied for a cred cash of INR 50000 on 13 January 2024, Amount was deducted from the cred cash. Amount is not credited in my account even after 24 hours. I have raised a ticket as well mailed but no solution was resolved. Please help on this.

Oh, dealing with Cred's top-notch customer service has been an absolute delight: 1. Sent them a beautifully crafted email – it's like I sent it into the abyss. No response, not even a carrier pigeon. 2. Took my grievances to Twitter, thinking I'd get some attention. Surprise, surprise! My tweet got as much love as a plant in a desert. Not a peep from the Cred birds. Guess expecting a reply is just wishful thinking. It's almost like they're running a secret mission to break records for the world's most silent customer service. Bravo, Cred, bravo! 👏🕊️

I had mad my axis Bank credit card payment on date 3rd Feb-24 but still not updated in application as well as in my axis Bank credit card. I also had a conversation with customer support executive about the concern. He told me to wait till 12th feb-24. It's very surprising to wait for 10 days @cred team please look this concern otherwise you will lose your customers because nobody can wait for 10 days to update credit payment. Other companies are providing real time solutions.

So coming to share my experience with cred what these companies are for and how they deal with the customers.... On 29 th june i have faced a fraud incident with me on the cred app through IVR call and almost have been the victim of an amount of 64k but by luck was good and it clicked something is wrong i found all details about the fraudsters and informed cred team over the call and registered a complaint and asked how anyone can login in two devices with OTP login as it have all my credit cards details everything how it is possible a complaint was logged but after 48-72 hours i came to know my account has been blocked and my pancard also has been blocked by cred to create account again so these companies don't correct their system they just block you so you will not bother them again and they do whatever they want need a proper answer and legal action on fraudsters. Very Bad expression.. For cred.... Because cred company send my money wrongly another account... 15897 amount wrong account site send... Cred support team... Without contact resolution close...... My money more important for me.. I am also send my bank statement as a prove... Debit my account site... But not credited... Pleased help.. It is my important money

Hello sir, I am writing this letter to bring to your attention And complaint regarding my recent payment for my HDFC credit card from my SBI Card via CRED App. I had paid 20,000 rs on 11th Jan,2024 . On CRED App it was showing that your payment was successful but I am getting calls from my HDFC Bank that it hasn’t been credited yet and I am being charged 10% interest on my principal amount daily +GST and my civil score is also getting affected because of the DUE payment. It also hasn’t been refunded to my source account. It has crossed the TAT (turn around time) period also. I kindly request you to look into this matter and do the needful at the earliest. I am attaching the picture for your reference.. The cred team is not being supportive , I have raised ticket on the App #11044855 . They have a long waiting period and the call keeps on getting disconnected from there end. It has been more than 5 days now but there has been no response from your end , it’s frustrating for me.. kindly provide resolution and my money back or else I will go for Banking Ombudsman and also lodge an FIR very soon

I am extremely dissatisfied with your service. Using your platform has turned out to be the greatest regret of my life. I purchased a product using your credit shopping, and later, your delivery partner Expressbees sent a delivery person who appeared to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs. This individual came to my location, started making threats, and behaved inappropriately. I promptly reported this incident to your team through both email and phone calls. I was assured that necessary action would be taken to resolve the issue. However, today, I received a call notifying me that my order has been canceled. There seems to be no action taken regarding the unacceptable behavior of your delivery partner. This has added to my disappointment with your service. I would strongly advise others not to use Cred shopping. They rely on a third-party delivery partner, and in case of any issues, it appears that they do not take appropriate actions. Customers end up suffering without any assurance of security and privacy.

#Unreliable #Platform for #creditcard payment, paid Rs 192387 (due date of 5th Jan) on 2 Jan 2024. Payment showed as success and suddenly today (4th Jan) got a message of it failure. Still waiting for refund to reflect in my account. #Customersupport has just apologized. Not sure why they claim it to be instant credit card payment platform. They are unaware that it could impact CIBIL score due to late payment #pathetic #platform
