Recently our founder, Manoj Paudel participated in the BIMSTEC Summit 2024, organized by the Confederation of Indian Industry(CII) and the @Ministry of External Affairs of Government of India in New Delhi. During the session, Manoj highlighted our commitment to empowering enterprises through our fund management platform, Aadhyanta. He emphasized the importance of providing business development services, building robust digital public infrastructure, and emphasized the need of regional infrastructure funds to drive sustainable growth. The session, titled “Finding Synergies between Blue Economy and Mountain Economy,” focused on the importance of integrating trade and economic priorities across diverse geographies to enhance regional connectivity. Discussions centered around value addition in sectors like hydropower, renewable energy, and medicinal plants. One key challenge for Indian PM Narendra Modi in his third five-year term is creating more energy for India while reducing harmful emissions. India is actively seeking global investors for the clean energy sector - and Australia and India are both members of the 14-member Indo-Pacific Economic Framework for Prosperity (IPEF) bloc, formed on May 23, 2022, in Tokyo. Together, they account for 40 per cent of the world's economic output and 28 per cent of trade. The two-day IPEF forum recently in Singapore brought together leading investors, clean economy companies, and startups to explore investment prospects in the Indo-Pacific region. Over 300 participants from financial institutions, multilateral development banks, venture capital funds, project owners, entrepreneurs, and government agencies actively engaged in discussions and presentations. He also said that India's new-age digital technologies and its space programme offer huge opportunities for Africa to increase cooperation with India.
