.Salesforce Commerce Cloud's Q2 Shopping Index is live! Key findings include: 1. Global Online Sales growth was flat at 0% despite a 3% growth in traffic. 2. North America was also flat with 0% growth. However, Europe experienced 1% growth led by the UK, which grew by 2%. 3. Active footwear remains popular as sales jumped 19%, with Health & Beauty (+9%), and Sporting Goods (+6%) also performing well. However, Electronics & Accessories was down by 11% and Home Furniture declined by 9%. The link to the data is in the comments. #ecommerce #retail
