I’m dusting off my old podcast once more for (hopefully) another full season. For this episode, I had on Jacob Kastensmidt to talk about web components and Lit. We talked a little about what web components are, as well as how they fit into the larger frontend ecosystem. Check it out if you’d like to learn more about Web Components:

Heads up: Nerdy and slightly provoking content!
For all dev nerds out there, this was quite an enjoyable interview to see! 🤓
... and for Denmark (whoever listens, e.g. politicians, scholars, and royal committee members):
considering the impact that C++ had on the world of technology so far,
Bjarne deserves significantly more recognition,
here in Denmark at least!
We are all, literally all, interacting in some way or the other, with technology today written in C++,
from mobile apps, games, and kitchen appliances, to the software running in any modern car, industrial machinery, and rocket engines..
In one way or the other, C++ represents the invisible matrix sustaining a multi-trillion-dollar world economy! - let that sink in 🤔 😲
... sadly, most of the people (yes tech people too) don't even know who Bjarne Stroustrup is, less that is the inventor of C++, and not to mention that he is a Dane!
Perhaps we can put the damn Jante Law on hold for a while, and give this man the credit he deserves.. so everyone knows!
- He is a living legend after all!
